Exclusive: Sharon Osbourne Gets Animated for Next TV Gig

Jake and the Never Ending Pirates

She's taking a break from CBS' The Talk, but Sharon Osbourne has already lined up a new TV role.

Well, sort of. Ozzy's better half has signed on to guest star on the Disney Junior pre-school hit Jake and the Never Land Pirates as it returns for a second season. Osbourne will voice Captain Hook's genteel mother, Mama Hook, who scolds him after learning that her son is stealing treasure from Jake. She'll pop up from time to time in a recurring role.

Also recurring as a guest star next season: Jane Kaczmarek (Malcolm in the Middle), who will play Red Jessica, who sets out in search of a rare gemstone but ends up nabbing Captain Hook's heart.

Jake and the Never Land Pirates, TV's No. 1 show among boys age 2 to 5, follows a crew of kid pirates as they outwit Peter Pan's Captain Hook and Smee. Regular voice actors on the show include David Arquette, who stars as Skully.
