On the dance-themed comedy, CeCe Jones (Bella Thorne) and Rocky Blue (Zendaya) fulfill their dreams of becoming professional hoofers when they land roles on the local show "Shake It Up, Chicago!" On the hour-long season premiere, CeCe and Rocky risk being cut from the show when they audition for a reality show.

Shake It Up has a bevy of guests lined up for the sophomore season: Marissa Jaret Winokur as a dance teacher; Ben Savage as a critical dance blogger; and The Middle's Atticus Shaffer (Brick!) as a neighbor kid who may or may not be an alien.
