Sex and the City 2 Actor in Stable Condition After Motorcycle Crash

Max Ryan

Max Ryan — who plays Kim Cattrall's love interest in the upcoming Sex and the City 2 — was in stable condition after a serious motorcycle accident.

The 43-year-old actor was involved in a head-on collision while riding his motorcycle, when a vehicle turned in front of him and left him trapped underneath the other car, according to his rep.

"Max is stabilized. According to attending physicians, he has broken five ribs and cracked his collar bone ... We do not expect any interference on Max's work schedule, he just needs a little time to heal," said Erik Kritzer, Ryan's manager.

Sex and the City 2 hits theaters May 27.
