Sean Young was arrested at an Oscar after-party on charges of misdemeanor battery after a run-in with a security guard, TMZ reports.
The actress was at Sunday's Governor's Ball when she got into a dispute with a guard and made contact, according to the site. Young, 52, was placed under citizens' arrest before Los Angeles police arrived to take her into custody.

According to her booking report, Young was released around 3 a.m. Monday after posting $20,000 bail. Her court date is March 19.
Following her release, Young told TMZ that she was waiting with friends to enter the party when an Oscar official suggested she be placed under citizens' arrest. She did not say why the official made the suggestion or mention a dispute with a guard.
This is not Young's first awards show incident. In 2008, she was escorted out of the Directors Guild Award after heckling nominee Julian Schnabel, who was speaking on stage. Young subsequently entered rehab for alcoholism and appeared on last season's Celebrity Rehab.
