Sean Penn Withdraws Papers Seeking Separation from Wife

Sean Penn has withdrawn his motion to legally separate from wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn.
The Oscar-winning actor filed papers April 24, but pulled his request from the Marin County Superior Court, according to the New York's Daily News.
"It was an arrogant mistake," he said of his earlier attempt to separate.
In addition to requesting separation, Penn had asked for joint custody of their children, Dylan, 18, and Hopper, 15. He also sought to deny his wife spousal support.
Two years ago, the couple initiated a divorce petition, but halted it four months later.
