Sean Penn Files for Legal Separation
Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn
Sean Penn has filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn, Extra reports.
Penn and Wright Penn each filed for divorce in December 2007, but the paperwork was dismissed in April 2008 at the couple's request.
The Penns have been married since 1996 and have two children together, daughter Dylan, 18, and son Hopper Jack, 15.
The couple was last seen together at the Academy Awards, where Penn won his second best actor award for Milk.
TVGuide.com's calls to the couple's rep were not immediately returned.
