Sarah Ferguson is headed to Oprah Winfrey's OWN Network with a six-part series documenting the Duchess of York's struggle to rebuild her life and put the past behind her, the network announced Friday.

Finding Sarah will feature guests such as Dr. Phil McGraw and Suze Orman as they help Ferguson confront her struggles with weight, relationships and money, as well as her more recent public problems.

"I'm doing this because I need to heal my mind, body and spirit," Ferguson said about the series. "After 22 years of raising my two amazing daughters, it's time for me to mother myself.  My hope is that sharing my journey will help someone else."

Last May, The News of the World released a video allegedly showing her selling access to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew. She appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show shortly after the video was made public, saying she was drunk and "not in my right place" at the time.

In recent years, Ferguson served as a producer on the film The Young Victoria and has penned several successful children's books.

Finding Sarah is tentatively scheduled to premiere in early 2011. OWN Network launches Jan. 1.
