Samantha Ronson Hospitalized, Thanks Fans for Concern

Samantha Ronson is assuring fans that she's bouncing back after a Sunday afternoon hospital visit that she says was due to fatigue.
"Thanks for all your messages, I'm home and all good," she wrote on her MySpace blog Monday. "Was just pretty exhausted from traveling and working too much to buy chanukah gifts and my Jewish mother was worried about me."
The DJ reportedly made a visit to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Sunday with partner Lindsay Lohan in tow. Ronson spun a set at Ecco Ultra Lounge in Hollywood the night before alongside Paris Hilton's recent ex, Benji Madden.
So what is the vinyl maven doing during her recovery? Watching Without a Trace, for starters. "I had good company and a Jerry's deli delivery of chicken soup and potato pancakes," she wrote, "and am feeling much better and am back to watching all my favourite Jerry Bruckheimer shows!"
