Det. Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) is about to get a blast from the past — as in, it's coming back to haunt her.
On Wednesday's episode of Law & Order: SVU (10/9c on NBC), Bayard Ellis (Andre Braugher) returns when a man Olivia put away eight years ago for rape argues that he was never guilty, an argument buoyed by a recent copycat crime. In this exclusive clip, Olivia is convinced that the defendant just found someone else to do his dirty work, but Bayard isn't so sure.
