VIDEO: See Wonder Years Dad Dan Lauria in a Dark Light on SVU

Dan Lauria

To many, Dan Lauria will always be Kevin Arnold's stern dad, Jack, on The Wonder Years. In recent years, he's appeared on How I Met Your Mother and Criminal Minds and played Vince Lombardi on Broadway. And the actor, 64, once again displays his range when he guest-stars on Wednesday's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

In the episode, "Personal Fouls," Lauria plays a longtime coach accused of sexually abusing his young players just as he is getting inducted into the local basketball hall of fame. Detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Finn (Ice-T) must pair up with new SVU Detective Nick Amaro (Danny Pino) to get the truth about what happened from some of the coach's biggest success stories, including star player Prince Miller (Necessary Roughness star Mehcad Brooks). Carmelo Anthony and Chris Bosh make cameos.
