The 59-year-old rock star is reportedly dating actress Meg Ryan, according to People.
John Mellencamp and Wife split after 20 years
The new couple has been recently spotted on Martha's Vineyard and around New York City. A source close to the 49-year-old actress tells the magazine they've been dating for seven weeks.
In December, Mellencamp announced he had separated from Elaine, his wife of 18 years. The source says they had been separated for a while before Ryan and Mellencamp began dating.

Elaine was Mellencamp's third marriage. He has five children, including two sons with Elaine. Ryan was married to Dennis Quaid until 2001. She has two children: Jack Henry, 18, from her marriage to Quaid; and Daisy True, 6, whom she adopted from China.
