Royal Pains: Ed Asner to Play Hank and Evan's Grandfather

The Emmy-winning actor will appear in two episodes of the USA dramedy as Ted Roth, the grandfather of Hank (Mark Feuerstein) and Evan (Paulo Costanzo) and father of Henry Winkler's Eddie.

Asner, 81, is a seven-time Emmy winner best known for his role on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. He most recently starred on the short-lived CMT original series, Working Class.
Royal Pains' third season premieres on Wednesday, June 29 at 9/8c on USA.
