Rosie O'Donnell sure knows how to keep a secret!
The actress and former talk show host married her girlfriend, Michelle Rounds, in a private ceremony in New York on June 9, People reports.
O'Donnell and Rounds announced their engagement last December. They decided to move up their wedding, which was supposed to take place this month, after Rounds was diagnosed with desmoid tumors, a rare disease, according to People.

"We married in private before her surgery just the 2 of us," O'Donnell wrote on her blog Monday. "When we r both well enough will have the wedding of r dreams surrounded by those we cherish."
Last week, O'Donnell revealed on her blog that she had suffered a heart attack earlier this month.
"We were to wed 10 days ago but her illness forced us to postpone the wedding luckily - as I was in ICU that day," O'Donnell wrote on her blog.
