Rosie O'Donnell: I'm "Talking" to America's Got Talent About Replacing Sharon Osbourne
Rosie O'Donnell may replace Sharon Osbourne on America's Got Talent next season, The New York Observer reports.
"I am very interested in doing America's Got Talent with Howard Stern and I am talking to them," O'Donnell, 50, told the newspaper. "Let's see how that works."

The Huffington Post reports that O'Donnell is Howard Stern's pick for the job. When asked about the report, O'Donnell said she would "definitely consider" joining the talent competition if NBC offered her the job.
O'Donnell said as a judge she would be "nicer than most but I think I'd be honest. I think [Howard Stern] is a genius, so to work with him would be a thrill for me."

After hosting her own successful daytime talk show for six years, O'Donnell then joined The View for one season in 2006. She most recently hosted The Rosie Show on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network, but after undergoing several changes, the low-rated program was axed after less than six months.
Osbourne, who replaced original AGT judge Brandy in Season 2, left the talent competition after she publicly accused NBC of firing her son, Jack, from a reality series after he disclosed that he has multiple sclerosis,. NBC has confirmed Stern's return, but has not made formal announcements regarding whether host Nick Cannon or third judge Howie Mandel will be back.
