Julian Fuego, the couple's first child, was born Tuesday in Los Angeles. Thick canceled his performance at the Staples Center that evening for "personal reasons;" tourmate Alicia Keys offered her congratulations from the stage.
Thicke, 32, and Patton, 34, are high school sweethearts, and will celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary in June.
