Rob Riggle to Lead CBS' Home Game

Former Daily Show correspondent Rob Riggle will star in the CBS comedy pilot Home Game, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
CBS orders Mark Wahlberg and ESPN-inspired pilots
Inspired by the life of three-time Super Bowl champion Mark Schlereth, Home Game will focus on a retired NFL player (Riggle) who returns home to his family. The project comes from executive producers Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson. Schlereth will help produce along with his wife, Lisa, and daughter, Alexandria.
Riggle, who signed a talent deal with CBS in 2008, worked with Wahlberg in last summer's The Other Guys.
