Rescue Me Actor Heads to The Walking Dead

Michael Zegen, last seen as firefighter Damian Keefe on Rescue Me, is set to join the cast of AMC's The Walking Dead.
Zegen will play Randall, a new character that isn't featured in the original The Walking Dead comic book. Casting comes as executive producer Robert Kirkman, who created the graphic novel, continues to steer the show, along with executive producer/showrunner Glen Mazzara, on a slightly different path.
In Rescue Me, Zegen's character was presumed dead after being crushed in a fire. But it was later revealed that he survived — but with severe brain damage.
Zegen's other credits include Mercy, Adventureland and Love Monkey.
