An unidentified woman was transported from Tiger Woods' Florida home to a hospital on "advanced life support" after rescuer crews received a call Tuesday morning, according to Orlando, Fla., NBC affiliate WESH-TV.

Firefighters responded to a medical call at 2:36 a.m., but the patient initially refused transport, the station says, citing a radio log. Orange County Fire Rescue spokeswoman Genevieve Latham told the Orlando Sentinel that information was incorrectly logged and a patient was transferred to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Fla.
Latham did not disclose the woman's identity.
Health Central is the same hospital where Woods was treated following his Nov. 27 single-car accident.

Video footage on the station's website shows what appears to be a blond woman being carried on a stretcher from an ambulance to the hospital's emergency entrance. The video also shows a black Cadillac Escalade leaving the hospital with a similar tag to the one on the Escalade driven by the golfer during his crash, WESH-TV reported.
