Reese Witherspoon and Hollywood agent Jim Toth tied the knot, People reports.
The private ceremony took place Saturday at Witherspoon's Ojai, Calif., ranch. The guest list included Renée Zellweger, Salma Hayek, Sean Penn, Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Robert Downey Jr. and Alyssa Milano.

The Oscar-winning actress walked down the aisle to "Here Comes the Bride," according to the magazine.
Witherspoon, 35, and Toth, 40, became engaged in December after dating for almost a year. She has two children — Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7 — with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. The two divorced in 2007 after seven years of marriage.
Witherspoon will next be seen in Water for Elephants, coming out next month.
