Reese Witherspoon Hit by a Car While Jogging

Reese Witherspoon was struck by a car Wednesday in Santa Monica, Calif., People reports.
The Oscar winner, 35, was jogging when she was hit by a car traveling at 20 mph, Santa Monica Police confirmed to Entertainment Tonight. However, she did not sustain serious injuries and is "resting comfortably at home," her rep told People.

This is the second injury this year for Witherspoon, who sported a walking boot for several weeks when she twisted her ankle.
Witherspoon most recently starred in the drama Water For Elephants.
