Redmond O'Neal Arrested for Heroin Possession
Redmond O'Neal, the son of Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett, was arrested for heroin possession, People reports.
The 26-year-old, who's on felony probation, was pulled over Tuesday by Santa Monica, Calif., police for running a red light, during which officers found heroin and marijuana in the vehicle.

After police determined he was not under the influence at the time of his arrest, O'Neal was booked for the red light infraction, violating felony drug probation and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bail pending a court appearance Thursday. Because he was on felony probation, O'Neal could be sent back to prison.

O'Neal has had various run-ins with the law the past few years and said he planned to stay clean after being jailed and completing his fifth rehab stint last year. He was granted temporary leave from jail to attend Fawcett's funeral after she died in June 2009.
