Ratings: The Voice Trumps The X Factor Head-to-Head

And Round 1 of The Voice-The X Factor face-off goes to... The Voice.

The NBC hit, whose expansion to a third night peeved Simon Cowell, drew 10.7 million viewers and a 3.3 rating in the adults 18-to-49 demographic Wednesday, beating The X Factor's 7.5 million and 2.7 in the 8 o'clock hour.

The X Factor, which featured the judging debuts of Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, averaged 8.5 million and a 3.3 rating for its two-hour opener to tie The Voice for the night in the demo. That's down from its Season 1 premiere, which earned 12.5 million viewers and a 4.4.

Fox won the night in the demo, but NBC took viewership honors. America's Got Talent pulled in 11 million viewers and a 2.9, while the special series premiere of Guys with Kids drew 6.3 million viewers and a 2.2.

Elsewhere, Big Brother (6.1 million, 2.0) and Oh Sit! (0.94 million, 0.4) were down and flat, respectively.
