After posting its lowest premiere ever, Survivor: Caramoan — Fans vs. Favorites rebounded in Week 2.

Wednesday's episode drew 9.4 million viewers and a 2.5 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, up a tenth from last week. Lead-out Criminal Minds (10.7 million, 2.7) tied a series low and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (10.5 million, 2.3) was up two-tenths.

15 canceled shows you want to bring back

American Idol (14.2 million, 4.1) slipped to its lowest rating in 11 years, dropping two-tenths.

Most of ABC's lineup grew, while Katie Couric's Oscar special (4.9 million, 1.3) was down 28 percent from Nashville's performance in the 10 o'clock slot.

NBC only saw bumps for Guys with Kids (2.9 million, 1.1) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (5.7 million, 1.7).
