Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is thankful for no NCIS this week.
Facing off against Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer on CBS, the ABC drama drew 9.3 million viewers and a 2.5 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic Tuesday for its second-biggest audience yet and a one-tenth demo improvement from last week. Lead-out Dancing with the Stars closed out its 17th season to 14.6 million and a 2.4, down six tenths from last fall's finale, which did not air during the week of Thanksgiving.
