Ratings: Idol Wins Repeat-Heavy Thursday

Cortez Shaw

American Idol topped Thursday on a repeat-heavy night.

Which shows must die?

The two-hour episode drew 12.5 million viewers and a 3.8 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, down a tenth from last week. It easily beat its 8 o'clock competitors Community (2.7 million, 1.1), which was flat, and Zero Hour (5 million, 1.0), which also dipped a tenth.

The only other show to air a new episode was 1600 Penn (2.2 million, 0.9), which hit a series low.
