Ratings: Idol Wins; Criminal Minds Finale Rises

Fox easily dominated Wednesday with American Idol, winning the night in viewership and the demo.
Idol grew 7 percent from last week, drawing 17.3 million viewers and a 4.8 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic.
Who had their biggest Idol moment last night?
Modern Family was the second highest-rated show, with a 3.9 and 9.3 million viewers. Lead-ins The Middle (6.5 million, 1.9) and Suburgatory (5.4 million, 1.8), which aired its season finale, were flat and down, respectively. Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (4.8 million, 2.0) and Revenge (6.8 million, 2.0) both dropped to series lows.
The two-hour season finale of Criminal Minds (13.5 million, 3.5) posted its best demo numbers since Jan. 25 and marked a 6 percent growth over last year's finale.
On NBC, Law & Order: SVU (5.5 million, 1.7) dropped a tenth.
