Ratings: Cougar Town Finale Up; America's Got Talent Hits Season High
Cougar Town closed out its third season — and final one on ABC — Tuesday with a small bump.
The TBS-bound comedy averaged 3.5 million viewers and a 1.2 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic for its hour-long episode, up 20 percent from its last new episode two weeks ago. Season 4 will premiere on TBS early next year.
Cougar Town boss on the season finale, moving to TBS and killing Big Carl
NBC won the night in the demo on the strength of America's Got Talent (11.3 million, 3.7), which scored a season-high rating and rose 12 percent from last week.
CBS topped the night in viewership with NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles encores and a new episode of 48 Hours Mystery (5.9 million, 1.4).
On The CW, the series premiere of The Catalina drew less than 1 million viewers and a 0.3. The L.A. Complex (0.6 million, 0.3) was up a tenth.
