Ratings: AMAs Fall to All-Time Low

It wasn't a very happy 40th for the American Music Awards.
The three-hour ceremony hit an all-time low Sunday, nabbing 9.5 million viewers and a 3.4 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, down 21 percent from last year.

NBC won the night with Sunday Night Football (15.8 million, 6.0).
CBS was second, thanks to a football overrun that delayed prime time by 53 minutes.
Fox's animation block was down, save for American Dad! (4.2 million, 2.0).
