The 100

The 100 got off to a good start for The CW.

The drama premiered Wednesday to 2.7 million viewers and a 0.9 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, posting The CW's best numbers in the time slot since September 2010. The 100 also built on lead-in Arrow (2.3 million, 0.8), which grew a tenth from last week.

American Idol (9.7 million, 2.2) dropped two tenths to hit a series low, as didSurvivor: Cagayan (9.6 million, 2.4), Criminal Minds (10.1 million, 2.2), Revolution (4.3 million, 1.2), Chicago P.D. (5.7 million, 1.4) and Mixology (3.6 million, 1.2).

CSI (10.1 million, 2.0) was flat, while Law & Order: SVU (5.6 million, 1.5) dipped a tenth.
