Josh Schwartz, Rachel Bilson

It's an O.C. reunion for creator Josh Schwartz and actress Rachel Bilson: The two are teaming up for a new project at NBC, a rep for the network confirms.

Ghost Angeles will star Bilson as a young woman in L.A. who talks to the dead and helps out ghosts as they help her. Schwartz will co-write it with Ugly Betty producer Henry Alonso Myers.

The show, which has been given a pilot production commitment, is the second from Schwartz's company with Stephanie Savage, following an ensemble project at ABC.

Bilson, 29, most recently guest-stared on CBS' How I Met Your Mother.

Deadline was the first to report the news.
