Here's some aca-awesome news: Pitch Perfect's Skylar Astin has landed a guest-starring role on Glee.
According to TVLine.com, Astin will play Jean-Baptist, the lead singer of Throat Explosion, a rival glee club that New Directions will go up against at Nationals.

Glee star Darren Criss first announced the news on Instagram when he posted a selfie with Astin and co-star Chord Overstreet.
Astin, who currently stars on TBS' Ground Floor, will appear in an episode slated to air in March. Astin starred in the original Broadway production of Spring Awakening alongside Lea Michele, and Jonathan Groff, who played one of New Directions' first major competitors, Vocal Adrenaline star Jesse St. James, back in Season 1.
Glee currently airs Thursdays at 9/8c Fox, but will move Tuesdays at 8/7c on February. Are you excited to see Astin on the series?
