Terry O'Quinn is in demand.

The former Lost star, who's been recurring on Hawaii Five-0 this season, has landed a lead role in ABC's supernatural pilot 666 Park Avenue, TVGuide.com has confirmed. Deadline first reported the news.

Terry O'Quinn joins TNT's Falling Skies in Season 2

From the producers of The Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle and Gossip Girl, the project is based on Gabrielle Pierce's book series about an innocent Midwestern couple who get hired as resident managers of an Upper East Side apartment building in New York. O'Quinn will play the owner of the building, where the residents have all made deals with the Devil to have their desires fulfilled.

David Wilcox is on board to adapt the book and executive-produce, alongside Leslie Morgenstein and Gina Girolamo.

O'Quinn will also appear in a two-episode arc of TNT's Falling Skies, which premieres its second season this summer.
