Pilot Season: The Killing’s Billy Campbell Joins Fox’s Delirium

The Killing's Billy Campbell has joined Fox's Delirium pilot, TVGuide.com has learned.
Based on the best-selling book trilogy, Delirium is set in a world where love is deemed illegal and can easily be eradicated with a special procedure. With 95 days until her scheduled treatment, Lena Holoway (Emma Roberts) does the unthinkable: She falls in love.

Campbell, whose credits also include The 4400 and The O.C., will play Thomas Fineman, a wealthy political leader and the head of a lobbying organization called Deliria Free America. Married with one son, Fineman opposes the social chaos caused by "Deliria" and supports the use of the brain modification that prevents citizens from falling in love.
Prison Break's Karyn Usher will write and executive-produce the project with New Girl producers Peter Chernin and Katherine Pope.
