Boardwalk Empire actress Paz de la Huerta was arrested in New York on Tuesday, police told TVGuide.com.
De la Huerta, who plays Steve Buscemi's girlfriend Lucy Danziger on the Golden Globe-winning HBO drama, hurled a glass at The City cast member Samantha Swetra Sunday night, according to E! Online. The actress — who reportedly got upset when Swetra asked de la Huerta to stop talking to her male friend — was then escorted out of the Standard Hotel by security while Swetra filed a police report.
Lindsay Lohan, who was with Swetra, reportedly helped her tend to a wound caused when a piece of glass lodged in her leg.
De la Huerta has been charged with assault in the third degree, according to E!.
