Hairtech — which is seeking damages 10 times what Hilton was reportedly paid — also claims Hilton missed its launch party in 2007 while she was in jail,  costing the company $6.6 million. Hilton served 23 days in jail after she was twice caught driving on a suspended license while on probation for reckless driving.

Calls and emails to Hairtech and Hilton's rep were not immediately returned.
