Exclusive: TLC Goes Party Crazy

TLC is hitting the pre-teen party circuit. Outrageous Kid Parties, the cable network's next series, will deliver exactly what the title promises: a look inside big-budget, out-of-control kiddie parties. Insiders describe it as a cross between TLC's Toddlers and Tiaras and MTV's My Super Sweet 16.
TLC has ordered four half-hour episodes of Outrageous Kid Parties, which will premiere February 21 at 9:30 p.m. The show focuses on families who spare no expense in throwing mega birthday parties, graduation parties, and other special event for their kids.
"Outrageous Kid Parties documents parents as they go beyond their means to give their child a huge eye-popping, jaw-dropping fete," is how TLC describes the show. "With high expectations, they force other family members, friends and party planners to go to extreme measures to ensure this super fabulous party goes down in history."
