Marie Osmond's 18-year-old son, Michael Blosil, has died, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
"My family and I are devastated and in deep shock by the tragic loss of our dear Michael and ask that everyone respect our privacy during this difficult time," Osmond said in a statement through a family spokesperson.

Blosil's death is currently under investigation, according to the Los Angeles Coroner's office.
Osmond has eight children and Blosil was one of five adopted by Osmond and ex-husband Brian Blosil before the couple divorced in 2007.
Osmond's Las Vegas show with her brother Donny was canceled for Saturday.
