One Tree Hill

One Tree Hill is famous for taking standard soaps storylines and giving them outlandish twists. In honor of Monday's Season 7 finale, here's a look back at some of our favorite crazy moments.

Season 6, "Searching for a Former Clarity"
Although Dan Scott (Paul Johansson) will forever be Tree Hill's greatest villain, we almost felt sorry for him when it was finally time for him to receive a new heart — and a dog ate it. Karma's a bitch.

Season 4, "I Love You but I've Chosen Darkness"
Peyton Sawyer (Hilarie Burton) thinks Derek (Matt Barr) is her brother, but he's really a psycho stalker. When he attacks her, Lucas (Chad Michael Murrary) and her real half brother (Ernest Waddell) save the day. He's finally thrown out a window, but of course we haven't seen the last of him.

Season 6, "You've Dug Your Own Grave, Now Lie In It"
Anyone who's ever watched a horror film knows the crazy person never dies on the first attempt to kill him or her. Grandma Deb (Barbara Alyn Woods) knocks out Jamie's nanny-turned-wannabe abductor Carrie (Torrie DeVitto), but she rises again, only to be shot by Dan.

Season 3, "With Tired Eyes, Tired Minds, Tired Souls, We Slept"
After high school outsider Jimmy Edwards (Colin Fickes) brings a gun to school, Keith Scott risks his life to go inside and convince Jimmy to put the gun down. Jimmy turns the gun on himself, and then, in an even bigger shock, Dan kills Keith (Craig Sheffer) and makes it look like Jimmy did it.

Season 4, Episode "The Same Deep Water As You"
After Haley (Bethany Galeotti) and Nathan (James Lafferty) celebrate their wedding, their stolen limo crashes off a bridge and into the water. Nathan jumps in to save Rachel and Cooper, who were in the car, and leaves his bride screaming for help.
