Olivia Wilde Checks Back In to House for Series Finale

Lisa Edelstein may not be returning for House's series finale, but another doc is. Olivia Wilde will reprise her role as Thirteen in the Fox drama's final episode, TVGuide.com has confirmed. TVLine first reported the news.
House pulls the plug after eight seasons
Wilde left the show in October after House (Hugh Laurie), who had begged Thirteen to rejoin the team, fired her when he saw her with her new girlfriend and realized that he shouldn't stand in the way of her happiness. The actress joined the show in 2007, but shifted to part-time status over the years to focus on her burgeoning movie career.
Fox sets finale dates
House's series finale will air Monday, May 21 at 9/8c. It will be preceded by a one-hour retrospective.
