Obama to Mark America's Most Wanted Milestone

President Barack Obama

President Barack Obama will appear on America's Most Wanted Saturday to mark the show's milestone 1,000th episode.

America's Most Wanted host John Walsh will interview Obama about his administration's crime-fighting initiatives, including those concentrating on white-collar crimes, which have been the focus of the show as of late, Fox said. The president will also discuss the impact the series has had in its 22 years on the air.

Walsh developed America's Most Wanted after his 6-year-old son, Adam, was abducted and murdered in 1981. The program has helped capture more than 1,100 fugitives and reunite 43 missing children with their families, the network said.

America's Most Wanted airs Saturday at 9/8c on Fox.
