The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev is taking her top off for a good cause.
In a photo posted on her WhoSay account Thursday, Dobrev appeared topless, but covered her chest with a sign reading "#getcovered" in reference to President Obama's Affordable Care Act, which started on Tuesday.

"I'm Canadian. We have healthcare for all. If you don't have insurance go to http://say.ly/cdi6TN2 and #GetCovered. Because w/o it, you're naked."
Dobrev, 24, is just the latest celebrity to use creative tactics to spread awareness about the Affordable Care Act. Jennifer Hudson appeared in a Funny or Die video earlier this week where she played an Olivia Pope-like "scandal manager" who can't find a legitimate scandal not easily solved by the Affordable Care Act.
