Nicole's Pregnant Again; It's "Better than an Oscar," Says Joel

While gal pal Paris Hilton collects a dubious honor, Nicole Richie is reveling in the best news of all.
A little over 13 months after the birth of their first child, Richie and longtime beau Joel Madden have announced that they are once again expecting.
"What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister!" Madden raves on his band Good Charlotte's website. "God has truly blessed my family. Hope you're all feeling as good as I am right now."
Richie and Madden welcomed their first child, daughter Harlow Jade, on Jan. 11, 2008.
