Jodie Sweetin Divorce Details: "Our House Is in Foreclosure"

Overdue bills and lack of employment were key factors in the collapse of Jodie Sweetin's "rocky" marriage to Cody Herpin.
"Our house is in foreclosure, our water has been shut off twice. Currently, all of our other utilities are overdue," the former Full House star said in court papers, People reports.
Sweetin, 26, filed for legal separation on Nov. 19 from Herpin, whom she says failed to support their family, which includes daughter Zoie, 7 months. Herpin, a driver and transportation coordinator in the film industry, stopped working after the pair married in July 2007, according to the actress.
"[He] kept finding one excuse after another for his failure to even attempt to find employment," Sweetin said, adding that they survived on her Full House residuals and help from her parents.
Herpin, 31, has denied Sweetin's allegations, telling People his "job" was being a stay-at-home dad.
"I still have no idea what this is about. None of this makes sense," he said of the filings.
Herpin is seeking sole custody and spousal support from Sweetin, who filed for joint custody.
A hearing is set for Feb. 9.
