Nashville Casts Person of Interest Actress to Catch Deacon's Eye

Nashville has cast Person of Interest's Susan Misner as a new love interest for Deacon (Charles Esten), TVLine reports.
Misner, 42, will appear in several episodes later this season as a veterinarian who catches Deacon's eye and shows him what he's been missing while pining away for Rayna (Connie Britton) all these years.

Misner, who has appeared in several episodes of Person of Interest as Jessica, is also known for her roles on Rescue Me and Gossip Girl as Dan and Little J's mom. She recently guest-starred on The Following, Blue Bloods and The Good Wife as Mrs. Louis Canning.
