The NCIS star and his wife Bojana Jankovic welcomed a daughter on Tuesday, People reports. The actor announced the news on Twitter: "Gentlefolk of Twitter and elsewhere, Bojana and I are proud to announce the arrival yesterday of Olivia Weatherly! #SpecialAgentWeatherly."
