NBC Orders Survival-Style Dating Show
Survivor meets The Bachelor on NBC's latest show Love in the Wild.
The series will pair 20 men and women, and drop each couple in a jungle, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The duos will only have a map and each other to navigate through different challenges that they're given. At day's end, some pairs will be treated to a romantic oasis; afterward, they can choose whether to remain with their partner or switch for the next task.
Love in the Wild is produced by Survivor and Dating in the Dark executive producer Tom Shelly. The eight-episode reality series is scheduled to premiere next summer.
