Chicago Fire is heating up! NBC has ordered five more scripts of the freshman drama, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

10 Bubble Shows: Which will survive?

While audiences were initially lukewarm towards the firefighter series, with ratings suffering a huge drop in the second week, the series saw a 20 percent increase Wednesday night. 6.3 million viewers tuned into Chicago Fire's third episode, helping it earn a 1.8 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic.

Star Taylor Kinney's girlfriend Lady Gaga might have played a role in the series bump in ratings. The singer regularly promotes the drama on Twitter to her 30.6 million followers.

"My bf Taylor is on TV TONIGHT!!! for the premiere of CHICAGO FIRE on NBC at 10/9c in America. Monsters, wanna watch it with me+chat online?" Gaga tweeted before starting a back-and-forth with fans and fellow viewers.

The order does not guarantee that the episodes will actually be produced, but it's a positive sign.
