Matthew Perry is returning to his old stomping grounds after landing a leading role in NBC's Go On pilot.
In the comedy, an irreverent-yet-charming sportscaster (Perry) tries to move on from loss by reluctantly finding solace from the members of his mandatory group therapy sessions. As previously announced, Julie White and Suzy Nakamura will also star.

The project reunites Perry with Friends writer/producer Scott Silveri, who will executive-produce Go On.
Following Friends, Perry starred in NBC's Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and ABC's Mr. Sunshine.
