Ratings: How Many Tuned in for the Final Presidential Debate?

Mitt Romney, President Barack Obama

Monday's presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney marked the final time the opponents will confront each other before the upcoming election.

NBC's coverage of the debate was the most-watched, as 10.8 million viewers tuned in. NBC also won in the adults-18-to-49 demographic (3.9), where it  firmly beat out ABC (2.8), even though the network drew a comparable 10.2 million viewers. CBS' debate coverage drew 7.5 million viewers and a 2.2 in the demo.

Earlier in the night, the fierce throwdowns on The Voice's battle rounds scored 11.95 million viewers and 4.2 in the demo, helping NBC to become number one with adults 18-49 for the night. ABC, however, won the night in total viewers, thanks to the 13.2 million viewers who watched Dancing with Stars' abbreviated performance show.
