Gabriela Isler — a.k.a. Miss Venezuela — was crowned Miss Universe 2013 on Saturday in Moscow, The Associated Foreign Press reports.
The 25-year-old television presenter beat out 85 other contestants to take the title. "I can't describe all the things that I feel at this moment because I'm shaking," she told reporters after last year's winner, Olivia Culpo of the United States, placed the crown on her head. "I'm still in shock. I feel so blessed, so happy to be here."

Steven Tyler was among the judges and also performed at the final, which was co-hosted by Thomas Roberts and Spice Girl Mel B. Andy Cohen was originally supposed to host the event, but backed out because of Russia's anti-gay laws.
Isler's full name is Maria Gabriela de Jesus Isler Morales. On Sunday, she posed in a million-dollar bathing suit.
